Eli (they/them) draws with a vibrant, bouncy, cartoony style using a wide palette of colors. Everything about their art is energetic. The backgrounds reverberate with bold colors, sometimes using half-toned dots and other times as abstract shapes.
"nnNNN!" Sounds off a gagged Eli while bound with crisscrossing ropes to a wooden chair. Big, cartoony sweat drops fly off them from their effort to fight against their restrictions. They have multiple facial piercings, tattoos, and a dirty blonde mullet down to their shoulders with a big poof of bangs. A thick black collar with an O-ring fills up most of their neck and they wear a dark T-shirt with a giant gray star in the center, knee-length shorts, and thick cherry red work boots. A hint of short, soft hairs grows on their exposed legs and a smattering on their tummy.

Finally, they spit out their gag with a "PHWAH!"
"Gags!" They announce, with their demeanor completely transformed to that of a cool, calm, proud lecturer. "Of all BDSM things, they're definitely my favorite. And they've always been!" Stars of pride sparkle around their head.

An assortment of different gags is displayed across the top of the page while Eli's chibi-fied face explains, "I've never had a moment when I saw someone and that was my sexual awakening. But something did awaken me, and that was GAGS! As soon as I saw one I couldn't stop thinking about it."
Most of the gags on display feature a buckled strap that goes around the sides and back of a person's head, while the front center section attaches to an object that fits into the mouth.
The gags displayed are:
- Bite gag: The gag is simply a cylindrical length of solid silicone with a bulb at either end.
- Bone gag: Same, but the bulbs on either end of the silicone length are doubled, to resemble a cartoony bone.
- Ball gag: The straps attach to a big round silicone ball.
- Spider gag: A metal O-ring with prongs is attached to the straps.
- Dick gag: A short, fat phallus is the gag, designed to point inwards of the recipient's mouth.
- Muzzle gag: The design of this one is different from the previous ones, with a top and bottom set of straps that support a flat square-ish piece of material that would cover the recipient's nose and mouth like a mask.
- Inflatable gag: Using no straps at all, this gag resembles a pacifier that the user would hold in their mouth. A squeezey-ball and tube attach to the front of the pacifier. As the ball is squeezed, it pushes air through the tube into the flexible shape on the inside of the pacifier, inflating it to become the gag.
The little chibi face of Eli narrates as it floats around an enormous, more-realistic illustration of themself with duct tape wrapped over their mouth. The big Eli looks calm and peaceful.
"And of course, by the time that I got into them the first time I already knew what I wanted to do! In every porn I ever watched I loved to see how cozy the actors looked when duct tape would wrap their head, jamming their jaw shut. I wanted to feel that."
The duct tape extends up over the top of their head, creating a tight cap over the dome of their head. The ends of the tape are sliced to resemble friendly fingers, reaching up and over to engulf their head.
"I wanted my face hugged by hands of tape too."
An off-screen voice says, "Stomp your feet if something is wrong, babe!"
"mh-hm!" Eli nods serenely.

Taking a more serious expression, the chibi Eli face tells us, "And I know that's not how it looks to some people. There can be this 'hardcore' vibe surrounding the practice of gagging someone."
A naked person is on all fours with a cartoonishly oversize tear drop by their eye. The rest of their face and posture are calm, so we know they are not actually in real distress. Their teeth bite down on a bone gag, their hands are in rounded gloves without fingers, a proud pony tail protrudes from their butt, they wear pointed animal ears on top of their head, and their neck is completely enclosed in a thick collar that is attached to a leash being held tightly by their companion.
"Suffer, you helpless fucker." Declares their companion, holding the leash taut in one hand while gripping the top of the submissive partner's head in the other. The dominant companion balances on one foot as they plant the other one firmly on the submissive's butt like a step stool. The dominant's eyes light up with stars and they smile devilishly as they laugh, "hehe"
"And don't get me wrong, I love hardcore BDSM..." Elisa2B's chibi head continues. "...but that's not what I like about gags!"

A stuffed toy cat rests by the pillow, along with a phone, cords, pencil, hair tie, and assorted little objects. Front and center of the scene is a person bound and gagged on the bed, with another person's hand gently resting on the side of their head. The bound person wears a muzzle gag that completely obscures their mouth. Two thick straps bind them around their shoulders and just below their breasts to restrict their forearms, which are tied behind their back.
"It's the feeling of shutting down the only way out for your thoughts. That's what does it for me." Explains the mini Eli head, looking fondly at the bound person. "The tenderness at play. Both in receiving and giving."

Floating into a new scene, mini Eli explains, "Every step of it feels sacred."
A different, more realistically-drawn person now fills up the top of the page. This person's arms are also bound behind them, but this time by shibari ropes. The person sits upright, looking up reverentially, reminiscent of a saintly portrait, as another set of hands gently pushes a rounded wad of material into the recipient's mouth.
"It can be intensely sexual," Eli's chibi head says, looking on as the model's head is now duct taped. We are standing over the bound person from behind, looking down on them as the offscreen partner's one hand pulls the roll of duct tape tightly around the kneeling person's head and the other hand firmly holds their shoulder in a move that is both bracing and supportive. "But it feels kinda spiritual too."
Narration: Time falls still and there's nothing but bliss.
In a very closely-cropped in panel, then hands tighten the knot of a pink and blue-patterned kerchief under the gagged person's chin. A blue fabric has also been tied over the duct tape on their mouth.
"There we go." The voice belonging to the hands says.
"MmPH!" The gagged person replies.
"Perfect." Says the voice.
The camera pulls back to reveal from an overhead shot that Eli (in their realistic form) is the one tying up the gagged partner. They hold their partner's head gently in their hands as they say, "No way you will even remotely open your mouth now. Such a good boy."
"nMnh..." The bound person murmurs, closing their eyes contentedly and leaning their cheek into Eli's hands.
The mini Eli chibi head continues, "The only tension left is purely, unambiguously erotic. For me, it's more than just comforting. It's cathartic. It's the place where all worries cease to exist."

Returning to the opening scene of the comic, we rejoin Eli with their white gag pulled just below their chin.
"SO!" They announce, unaware of the shadowing figure looming behind them with menacing stars for eyes. "This is why, on a desert island, gags are the one thing I'd bring with mMMH!" They are cut short as a red ball gag suddenly flies into their mouth.
"Didn't expect you to get out of that one so easily!" Coos Zoe, Eli's bespeckled partner. While their one hand adjusts Eli's shibari ropes, the other hand removes the white gag from around their chin. Zoe has shoulder length wavy brown-red hair, long eyelashes, tattoos, and sports a white tank top.
"mh-HM! nNN" Eli replies dreamily, their eyes closing in peace as little bubbles of zen-like happiness float near their face.
Lovingly,Zoe says, "Don't worry, I got you. Be nice and wait for me while I cook you dinner, ok?"
"m!" Chrips Eli.
"Such a good boy! ♥" Zoe commends them.
The slobbery white gag is left on the floor next to the words, "Thanks 4 reading!"
